The hirer is responsible for insuring the vehicle for the duration of hire. Insurance is to be covered no less than fully comprehensive. An insurance cover number and driving licence is required.

Vehicles can be collected but alternatively we can deliver to and collect from you home address at an extra cost (please ring for details).

Normally the most economical solution would be to collect the car from us, our closest train station is Darlington and we would gladly collect you from the station by price arrangement.

Average mileage is 100 miles per day. Excess mileage charged out at 15 pence per mile.

All hire vehicles are sent out with a full tank of fuel, and is required that they are returned full.

A refunded deposit of £500.00 is payable for the hire duration to cover the following:
1. Minor Accident Damage
2. Windscreen or Glass damage
3. Extra Valeting where vehicle is returned excessively dirty
4. Fuel - Vehicle to be returned full of fuel or cost of top up.
5. The deposit or balance is refunded once the vehicle has been checked and signed back in.
